Comprehensive 2-Day Intro to PPF | Adelaide | July 26-27, 2025
This two-day course is designed for detailers who want to build a profitable PPF service from the ground up, without jumping straight into supplier commitments or burning through film while learning the basics.
Led by Alex Schrader, founder of ADP Academy, this program focuses on giving you the practical skills, commercial understanding, and confidence to choose the right product, tools and systems for your own individual business model.
Unlike distributor-based training, this course is fully independent. That means no pressure for us to push a brand or sell you film. This affords us the luxury of helping you to make fully informed decisions about software, film choice, and margins well before you commit to a supplier.

Understanding PPF materials and adhesive behaviour
Safe knife-work and film handling principles
Common problems and how to avoid them
How to set up your space, quote, and upsell PPF services
Highly profitable basic offerings that will make you money from day one

Day Two – Going Bigger and Deeper
Large panel installs
Template and bulk install techniques
Advanced film behaviour theory and practice
Troubleshooting tension, contamination, and lifting
Vehicle Preparation and Install flow
Real-time coaching as you work
